We prepare our California Poppy extract from fresh (undried) wholeEschscholzia californica plants (root, leaf & flower) which have beenCerfitied Organically Grown on our own farm.

The plants are hand-harvested while in full flower and promptly extracted while still fresh & succulent.

Suggested Use:
Shake Well Before Using
Take up to 40 drops in 2 oz. of water or juice, two to four times per day. Best taken between meals.
